Emailed agendas show the wrong sender's name

Hey there Master Toastmaster Webmaster!

When I send out the next week's agenda to club members, another member's name appears as the 'sender.' My name does not appear as sender. Hmmmm... I've tried to locate the issue, but without luck. Thank you so much if you can help.

Are you logged in as the Site Admin or as a club member?

This is likely due to send address display name caching by your email agent. Create a contact entry for the FTH server address to force the proper display name to show.

This happens whether I am logged in as the administrator or as a member. It also happens with another member emails the agenda.

Thanks, Steve. I added a new contact in my personal contacts list with the agenda@toastmastersclubs.org email address. Also, somehow Satyra's contact also listed an additional email address of agenda@toastmastersclubs.org. Shutting down my computer, then logging in again, it has been corrected. Thank you!

We see this caching issue on a regular basis. There is really not anything we can do about it on our end to prevent it, unfortunately.
