We have received admin message regarding bounced gmails and Steve offered to search bounced emails, expand the number of bounces allowed and do additional research to rectify the issue. Thanks in advance!

I received this message when logging into Power Play Toastmaster's FTH (816342):
[2019-06-11 03:58:01 GMT, FTH Developer] I have updated some of the "behind the scenes" email functionality in FreeToastHost.

1. I added improvements to the code that detects if a recipient email address is invalid or not working. This allows detecting bogus email addresses *before* emails are sent, resulting in fewer bounces back to the FreeToastHost system.

2. I added to the set of tools that I and the other support volunteers (FreeToastHost Ambassadors) have available to us. If you request it, in addition to searching our email logs on the server, we can also do the following:

- If you are getting messages from the server that an email address has bounced too many times, we can help you address that, including resetting the "bounce count" in the FTH DB once the root cause has been addressed.
- If you need us to search through our SPAM log for emails of interest. (e.g., In case you are concerned that you are rejecting too many emails as SPAM.)
- We can do the same email verification test for you that the system uses and compare it to other tests available online via various websites (e.g. Bulk Email Verifier and EmailHippo).
- We can do a global search over all data (and all clubs) in FTH to see where an email address shows up. (even looks in webpage content)
- We can enter a FTH email address or distribution list and check what it expands to. (like the list server does)

We have a wide variety of tools available to us to aid in our administering the FreeToastHost system. (I created many of our tools.) Let us know how we can help you get the most value from the system.

we cannot deal in generalities if you have an exact message and email address we can research. Other than that I would have to say it would most probably be finger problems on the senders side.
