on-line agendas

on-line agendas was created by Anne
I created a template and agenda in Free Toast Host. I added a TMOD to the agenda.
The TMOD, after logging in, does not have access to update the roles on the agenda.
What needs to be done?
I understand the TMOD having access is a feature of Free Toast Host.

Hi, Anne...
You'll want to give us your club number, so we can peek under the hood, and see what you've done...

That is correct. However, it is enabled by setting the checkbox labeled "The person assigned to this role can edit the agenda." associated with the role. That is set in the agenda editor dialog. Edit the role, then click the checkbox. Typically, the agenda code will remind you to do this if it recognizes the role as an agenda editor. However, sometimes clubs word roles in a way that the code does not recognize.

Hi Again...
You have one agenda, with a TMOD assigned. I logged in as that individual, and could see the pencil icon visible. While I did not try to use it, as I don't want to corrupt your agenda, it appears that the TMOD has the ability to edit. Does he know where to look for the pencil icon?
