Aha! Now we're getting somewhere...

It's not a big, flashing sign... Look directly above the agenda items, to the right. There's a row of icons, like a printer and a trashcan. If you have edit access, there will be an icon, over to the right, that's a pencil. If you click on that, magic happens...
