I am trying to set up an agenda for a contest. It's an informal Tall Tales Contest, but I think the FTH system just sees it as an agenda. Either way, I setup the agenda with 4 speakers (contestants) and had each person claim a role. (so I didn't assign them, all four participants claimed each speaker role.
Here's the interesting thing.
Last week, only one guy had claimed a role. Josh.
Then another guy was my husband, Paul, and he told me so i was going to assign him.
When I logged in, I saw that Josh had all four roles. LOL. I know he didn't do that.
so I deleted the three extra roles and the website only had Josh.
The next day, three others logged in and signed up for their roles.
Today, I logged in and all roles are assigned to Jeremy.
What is going on? Are there gremlins in the website? LOL

Can anyone shed any light on this?
If I setup the agenda incorrectly, let me know. I'm happy to redo it.
