NEW FEATURE - Meeting Venues

Hi Steve,

I am still not able to add a venue in Agenda Edit Mode (Agenda Setup tab). I click the '+' next to 'Meeting Venue (optional), but it never saves. Am I missing something?

Martin, we always need your club number to enable us to properly investigate.

I found I had a code bug. I just fixed it. Can you please try again. Sorry for the confusion and inconvenience.

Yay! It works!

My apologies for not providing Club and browser info. I tested this feature on MS Internet Explorer 11 and Google Chrome. It didn't work for either, but now works for both. By the way, Grand Central Toastmasters, Club 2746, District 115 (recently cleaved from District 33) thanks you very much!

Thanks for the great new feature!

I'm having trouble getting a selected venue to 'stick' to an agenda template.
I was hoping you could offer some advice.

I log in as the site admin, launch the admin console, and select 'meeting agenda settings'.
Then, I select the agenda template I want to default the venue for, and select the venue from the dropdown.

After clicking save, I see a success message!

When I navigate away, and come back, the venue does not persist on the template.
(See below).


If I create a meeting agenda, using that template, I it gives me the option to select a venue, but does not pre-populate the value I was trying to save to the template.

Try it now. I missed a file that needed to be copied to the released code. Thanks for the report!
