A couple members reported to me that when they sent an email to a club list, my email bounced.
I then used the email checker in membership management and got this result:
Type Name Email Result
Member Jim Robison, DTM jim@jimrobison.org Bad
Member Jim Robison, DTM jim@forwardsupport.com Bad

Both of my email addresses are working fine. I get and receive emails through them both on a regular basis. Why are they marked as bad? Both domains are hosted on the same server, so if there is something flagging the server IP then I would like to know so that I can get that fixed.

Your email is hosted by a data center that is on our spam list many times.
I have opened the IP 72.52.132.129 for your server, your mail should work now.

I can verify via the internal FTH email checker that it should work now. However, you should be aware that there seems to be a very long lag after connecting to your server... this could result in timeout issues.

Thanks for the quick help, and info.
I will check in with our hosting service about fixes. I might move the mail to a different server. That's the downside of using shared servers.
