Hi team,
One of my members has a valid email address sharpscastle@bigpond.com but FTH says there have been too many bounce backs. Her email address has been removed. However, her email address does work with individual emails.
Does she need to ring her ISP and ask them to stop bouncing these emails?
She belongs to three clubs:
Lilydale 4731
Wandin 3011962
CFA D13 2113794

Yes please have her contact bigpond and add server@toastmastersclubs.org and agenda@toastmastersclubs.org to her safe list.

Hi Brian,

I saw a comment on a similar post - "If you can get them to add it to the general safe list for bigpond it would be great they are bouncing all of the toastmastersclubs.org email to everyone down there."

I do have other people in our list with a bigpond address and theirs has not bounced.
Nola spent a lot of time today with bigpond and all they kept telling her was that server@toastmastersclubs.org is an invalid email address. She phoned on three separate occasions without success. What else can we do?
sharpscastle@bigpond.com is a valid email address. Are you able to reset the bounce count to zero?

server@toastmastersclubs.org is a valid email address, we send out thousands of email a day using that email address.

Over 700 emails from server@toastmastersclubs.org to bigpond.com customers last month, majority were accepted.

Thanks Brian. Were you able to reset Nola's email bounce back to zero?
What else can we do to convince bigpond that the server email address is valid? Maybe we are not using the right language.
