Member's email address removed because of violations

We have been seeing an increased number of issues w/ bigpond addresses lately. Very frustrating.
I would be interested if anyone could ask Telstra/bigpond if they can tell us how they are determining that the server email address is invalid. Clearly they are wrong, but perhaps there could be some tweak we could make somewhere as a workaround for their faulty logic. No guarantees, but if they could help us understand why they are getting "triggered", that may help.

Thanks Steve. I will try and extract that information from Bigpond. Their staff whose first language is not English have a hard time understanding what we say!
