Hi
I am the administrator of Mundaring Toastmasters club and I received the message below on 1 December:
Emails sent to the primary email address [ c.j8@bigpond.com ] for Member Judith Allen DTM have bounced too many times and exceeded the FreeToastHost limit for bounces.
This is a concern because my email is valid and still working. for everyone else who contacts me. I have re-entered it as it's the only one I have.

Your member needs to add server@toastmastersclubs.org and agenda@toastmastersclubs.org to their safe list. They may have to contact bigpond to have that done.

We have no control over what email processors do, or how they determine spam. We send a lot of mail to members that use bigpond and they are being a royal pain.

Check with your member if they marked email forwarded as spam to bigpond.

In every email we forward there is a link to mark the email as FTH spam and then FTH will block any future emails from that address.

The Bounce Count for Email Address [c.j8@bigpond.com] has been reset to zero.
