An Idea for a Possible New Support Mechanism 2

Our club will appreciate help. We have lost knowledge in officer transitions and cannot leverage the platform as well as we should. For example, we used to print member names on the back of agendas but forgot the process. No doubt there are other features we should utilize but it needs to be simple step by step. Thank you.
