Hi Brian
I we are having the same trouble with elcock1@bigpond.com. The member has added server to the safe list. There are no emails being sent to spam from FTH. We would like the email set back to 0 to stop the bouncing.

The Bounce Count for Email Address [elcock1@bigpond.com] has been reset to zero.

Remind the member not to mark email from FTH as spam. If they do not want the emails, they can turn most of them off in their profile.
