Members not getting access was created by jameshurford@icloud.com
A couple of our members are having trouble getting access to our club website.

We've signed them up as members on the site. They've received the email they've been sent and accepted. They still can't access the site.

Can you please help?

"Can't access site" what does this mean?

1) They cannot even see the site?
2) The cannot log in?

They can't login

Which means they aren't receiving our agenda emails and they can't sign up for roles

We have tried to achieve access for Greg Pogonowski a couple of times. He's accepted the link but still can't get in. I'm a bit stumped as to why not.

If The site admin logged in and went to the member management are they would have seen this message.

The following 2 people have NOT YET ACCEPTED
their addition (not yet "opted-in") and will be
DELETED SOON:

Amit Mehta (Prospect), deleted after 6 days,
Greg Pogonowski, DTM (Member), deleted after 5 days

You need to log in and resend the opt-in emails for FTH.
When he clicks the link does he receive any errors?
The link is only good for one attempt then you have to resend the link again.

For Kathy she is using hotmail.com and needs to follow this doc so she receives the emails from the club website
