Officer Email Blocked

Hello, please help us resolve this issue. Our Area Dir. tried to send a blanket email to our officers and got the below reply. How do we resolve this?

"I sent this to your club officer list and received the following:
You do not have the right permissions to send an e-mail to this e-mail address (officers-00008586@toastmastersclubs.org) from toastmasters@humaninsightsgroup.org . Be sure your "From" address in your e-mail client is the same as your address in your toastmastersclubs.org member profile.

"You can share this report with your officers.

The AD can use the president-nnnnn etc
