rejected e-mails
5 years 10 months ago
I am with Cottonwood Toastmasters Club # 855230
I have a member Cheryl Kasdorf, when she sends out e-mails using the members e-mail address which is members-855230@toastmastersclubs.org she receives a reply e-mail that the e-mails are undeliverable.
There was a while back where she was also having an issue with e-mails.
Is this something that I can fix or does it need to be on your end?
Thank you for your help

The server is sending her emails without issue, we will need the exact error she is receiving and the raw email headers.

Something looks fishy about this. I am not aware of "gateway34.websitewelcome.com" being related to FTH.
I did run the email address checker for your members and it looked fine.
I am curious about Brian's take on this.
(Brian, this does not look like one of the FTH email bounce messages to me. It could be a bounce back to the server from end recipient SMTP which we then forwarded back. I did not find drcheryl@drcherylkasdorf.com in the bounce log.)

She is using websitewelcome to host her website and email.
Websitewelcome continues to host spammers and the FTH server blocks websitewelcome outbound email servers.
Their way around being caught as a spammer is to continuously change their email server IP addresses. So much easier that kicking the spammers off their servers.
I have removed the blocks for now but they could go up again at anytime if the FTH server gets spammed again.
