Club trying to create a website, message stating no charter with that club no.

A club chartered in 2018 is attempting to create a club website via this site, but are receiving a message saying that there is no club chartered with their club no 6829448.

Any suggestions?

If you want us to look into it, we need a club name, but keep in mind we are not Toastmasters International

The club name is World Fuel Toastmasters club 6829448.

Thank you Linda. I am curious, if the FTH site uses the Find A Club on the www.toastmasters.org website to confirm the club? I am asking as this club is currently Suppressed from FAC in our records, and am curious if this may be causing the issue.
