Faster way of creating agendas

I love freetoasthost, so thanks first of all for making our lives so much easier !!

I'd like to suggest the addition of a faster way to add new agendas. At the moment, it takes about ten mouse clicks to create each one. For us, the only thing that changes is the date of the meeting, all our meetings have esesntially the same layout.

I notice also that it asks whether we want to update the default time to 12pm even though our default time is already 12pm. Not sure why it does that, but if it's easy to fix, it'd reduce the overhead.

whoops, I see what's going on. When the New Agenda Template comes up, it has 12 am as the default time, then it asks if it should change it to 12 pm (which is the default time we set up already in the Agenda Template setup in the admin panel). So not sure why 12 am is coming up in the first place.

Using a template is optional, and we need a default time there... 12am is the default if you do not use a template.

Would it be easy and acceptable to change that from 12 am to 12 pm, since 12 pm is noon, and meetings are more likely to happen then?

Seems a bit nit-picky... it is a default that people will need to change regardless of the value, if they do not use templates. Most people use templates, so it seems a bit immaterial.
