E-mail address is noted as "bad" in e-mail address check; how do I resolve?

DUPLICATE POST

Hi - I have a member who uses an e-mail address that works through the Toastmasters International site, but it won't work with FTH. Every time I send an e-mail to all club members, hers bounces back. When I run the Email Address Checker, it says that the e-mail address is bad. How do I resolve that? The only clue about what the problem might be is a message I saw that says this: "No advertised SMTP servers are accepting mail." See attached for more details. Thanks!

we always need your club number.
When a problem is about a member we need the members first name at least.
