Emails bouncing

For Quest 4643, I sent two emails through the server this morning and got mixed results. Both had between one and three addresses bounce even though the addresses are good. Oddly, one address received both emails. The emails I received all looked like this (this is the one that received the email):

and was returned to the FreeToastHost server. Details are as follows:

We go through this every year with Spamhaus. The removal request has been made again ....

It has come to my attention that my emails are bouncing, and I am not receiving emails sent out from our members address. This was brought to my attentions from a fellow member. The following message was received: Emails sent to the primary email address have bounced too many times and exceeded the FreeToastHost limit for bounces.

This automatically generated message is to notify you that this email address ***has been removed*** from the FreeToastHost database to prevent it from causing further bounces.

Repeatedly attempting to send emails to invalid, non-working email addresses hurts the overall email reputation of the FreeToastHost system and will not be tolerated.
Please ensure that valid, functioning email addresses are in use to prevent further actions of this nature in the future.

As I am the club president, I am sending out emails to members but not receiving them myself.

How do I proceed to fix this issue?
