The President and VPM of my club 5688 are also having this issue. Both have gmail accounts. I changed their emails in Membership Management from the generic addresses back to their gmal addresses, but they still aren't receiving emails.

Your contact@ address is being spammed. Because the spam comes via the FTH server, your members' email clients are bouncing the spam which in turn means your members' bounce count goes up.

I suggest that you block your contact email from public access (make sure it isn't being used as your contact address on Club Central - use an officer address to ensure basecamp emails go to the right people)
You might also want to adjust your spam threshold to 3 (highest level)
And add these addresses to your blacklist:
kkober@pacific-cycle.com
info@curtaincorner.biz

Your President and VPMs bounce counts have been cleared - please take all measures to reduce spam, or it could happen again
