Hello. No its not, that I can see. The venue is available as an option in an emailed agenda, but not the printed agenda. I have attached a capture to show you what I am seeing. Thanks.

You are correct, what use is a link on a printed agenda?
As it is on the email agenda that can be forwarded there is no reason to have it on the printed agenda.

Hello. We prefer to print the agenda to PDF and email as an attachment to members and guests - its more polished and our VMM and VPPR prefer to manage communication to guests that way. Also, its not just about a link. If we are meeting at a physical venue (down the track), guests who have never been to the club location have a handy reference to print and bring with then. A PDF is usually much easier to print than an email. In these times where we are really having problems keeping out club viable and getting interest from guests and potential members, we believe this is a more professional way of communicating. Is it not reasonable to ask for the same information options available on a printed agenda as an emailed agenda?
