Emails rejected to club officer

Hello
I am trying to reply to a note I received from my club treasurer. He is using email address: treasurer-3362@toastmastersclubs.org
and I am mmalins@au1.ibm.com
Yet I get the following rejection from freetoasthost:
You do not have the right permissions to send an e-mail to this e-mail address (treasurer-3362@toastmastersclubs.org) from mmalins@au1.ibm.com . Be sure your "From" address in your e-mail client is the same as your address in your toastmastersclubs.org member profile.

When I look at my profile in my club FTH website it shows mmalins@au1.ibm.com as my primary email address. Or are you comparing against some other profile? If so which/where?

Can you tell me what's going wrong please?

Your club treasurer created this problem. Even though they are sending from the treasurer address (probably via the Dues module), they have disabled their officer email address in their member profile, which prevents you or any other member from sending email to them via that email address.
