Email forwarding is not working

I am from the positive thinkers toastmasters club and when I e-mail to vpm@3922.toastmastersclubs.org, which is my e-mail on the club, it is saying that the message could not be delivered. Could you please check?

vpm@3922.toastmastersclubs.org, is not a valid FTH email address

Please look at the left menu of your website "Club E-mail Addresses" for the list of all club FTH email addresses

We have the domain positivethinkers.ca. What you can see on the Admin access is the vpm@positivethinkers.ca. I tried to e-mail to this address but it is not forwarding to my personal e-mail.

In addition, on the provider configuration page, which is Hover, you have to inform the e-mail you should forward to which is the free host e-mail vpm@3922.toastmastersclubs.org

I just gave the vpm example, but this is not working for all the e-mails hosted for the FTH. That's why I'm saying that the FTH forward is not working.
