Schedule for subsequent Meetings - not in sych

Hello!
As VP Education I usually show the agenda roles for the next 5 meetings to gain commitment and fill roles. Lately the downloaded excel document did not show the future roles taken by my members. Is something wrong with synching these?

1) without your club number we can do nothing for your

2) did you create the future agendas for the signup report to use? For my club I setup all the agenda for the full year.

Hi sorry My Club # 3074640 - Leading Ladies TC, some have put their names in the agenda - we only have the next 5-6 weeks for sign up

Either you or the new VPEd for next year will need to add the future agenda for July and forward.

Thanks. You mean the data in the spreadsheet now synchs with the agenda roles in each agenda? That was the issue not that there were only 5 meetings scheduled.
