buttons in agenda

Greetings!
I am VPE in club 1239, and just joined club 1463058. I want to help 1463058 site. ( h2h.toastmastersclubs.org ). 1239 has a great site. ( watergate.toastmastersclubs.org/ ). It has live buttons in the Speaker fields to choose path/project, and other buttons to open pdf's of evaluation forms and project descriptions linked to the path/project. The links are connected, so that the path/project will bring up the eval form and project description appropriate to the project selected.
I see link tools in the editing tool set for the "role/agenda item description" field.
How to get those wonderful buttons?

Check the box "This is a Speech" for speech roles (In the tools at the bottom of the page once you click the edit button for the role).
If that is done in a template it will automatically show in all future agendas generated from that template

Thank you, this worked for Speaker #1.
Same box check for Speaker #2 and #3 do not activate the links.
