Can I send general public emails from FTH Atlanta Galleria club site?

HI,

I would like to know if there is a way to send emails from the FTH Atlanta Galleria club site? Our club is hosting a virtual Open House in several weeks. I am broadly promoting the event to the general public and asking them send their email address to officers-9130@toastmastersclubs.org if they wish to attend the Open House. I would like to email the WebEx link for our Open House from the Atlanta Galleria FTF site rather than sending it from my personal email address/account. Any guidance would be much appreciated. Thanks.

1) Officers-nnnn can only be emailed from the members of the club, emails from non members will bounce.

2) FTH is not a mail server and we do not support mailing to people who have not opted-in.

3) the only emails that can be emailed from non-members is the contact email address contact-nnnnn or the officer individual email addresses, president-nnnn, etc.

4) posting online meeting links in the wild is a security risk and not advisable.
