Support request locked but unsolved

Hi,
"1 month 3 weeks ago" I submitted a support post titled "Delete button not working on Follow-Up Tracking Tool window," #79682. Checking this morning, I see that the issue remains extant, but it's marked as "Locked." What does this mean with regard to addressing the detected problem in the Follow-Up Tracking Tool where the trash can button doesn't work?

Can you outline the steps you are taking before clicking on the delete button. and what is the error after you click on the delete button

Sure!
  1. Log in as admin (club #9376)
  2. Launch admin console and select Membership Management
  3. Select the Prospects list
  4. Click on the Follow-Up button to the right of someon'e name
  5. Click on the blue trash can icon to the right of the person's name
Rolling one's mouse cursor over the button uses the HTML title text to display "Click to delete this person," but there's no action when the button is pressed. The rollover event also causes the button to change its color.

I will pass this on to the programmer, for now use the membership management pull down to delete anyone from any list.
