Hello: When we create folders with files inside, whether PDF or Word, the files currently download one-at a time. Can the web parameters be changed to download multiple files at once?

FTH was never designed as a file repository, if you want features of a file repository look at other online systems like dropbox, or google drive or microsoft ondrive.
