Giving a new officer agenda access

HI:
I am the current VP of Ed for our club, so have had edit and creation of agenda access. See image. I now need to give that access to our next VP of Ed. How do I do that? And will it then disappear for me?

As soon as the officer roles are updated in Membership Mgt, everything will get switched over.

So I just updated who the new officers are in Member mgmt. So you are saying the accesses needed should be automatic?

yes... they are tied to roles. The system looks up who is in the respective roles.
