Sending Server anomaly

I'm an admin for two club FTH sites: Leaders Plus #1853 and Showtime Toastmasters #740544. While helping a new member through the opt-in process today, I noticed an anomaly in the sending server identification
Sending: via Toastmasters Club 1853
Subject Line: Showtime Showtime Toastmasters Member Authentication
I've not seen this type of crossover on club identify before. Can you offer an explanation please?

Thank you in advance for your ongoing support of our members and clubs

What email client are you using?
Did the recipient also see the incorrect subject?

Which club were you actually trying to send to? e.g. what is actually incorrect, the subject or the from identifier?

If it is the from identifier, we have seen cases where the member's email agent incorrectly caches a name associated with the server address. (not something we cause and not something we can solve on our end)

Yes, it appears to be a cache issue on my end and was visible only to me. Sorry to bother, but thanks to both you and Brian for the quick responses and pointing me in the right direction..

Thanks again!

google the issue for a solution, for your email application.

One approach you might try is to create a contact address in your email app for the server email address. That works sometimes.
