meeting agenda help

Im club 3098 web site admin
the issue is member sign up too many times for future meetings
im new in this rol
how can i show only the next 2 meetings?

Agendas only show up once they've been loaded. You can delete them if they roles haven't yet been taken

There is also an option to "lock this agenda to restrict sign-up screen changes" in the agenda setup tab. You'll have to check that for forward agendas already created that you want to keep locked, and uncheck them when appropriate.
