I am the administrator for my club's free ToastHost website. Unfortunately, I haven't used the site in quite a while and now I can't remember what my password is. I tried to log on to the website as the site admin. I entered my club number and then clicked "forget your password?". An email was sent to me with a login key link. I clicked on the link, then clicked on "launch admin console" and then the "Administrator Info" tab as directed. When I entered the new password and click "SAVE", I get an error message (see attached screenshot). I don't know what I did wrong (because the site doesn't tell me), all I know is that I keep getting error messages and I can't reset my password. Please Help!

Hi, I'd like to add that I sat with Tom for this problem and we followed many of the suggestions found on this website by other users experiencing the same problem. Such as allowing cookies and changing his personal password.

I had no problem resetting the password. I've forced a new password request so that you can try again.
Are you cookies actually enabled?
Can you try using a different browser?
What browser are you using?

I was using Google Chrome as my browser when we experienced the problems initially.
As Zach said, we enabled cookies without success.
This time, I tried to use Microsoft Explorer as my browser, but I had the same problem as with Google Chrome. The error message actually told me that my password and confirmation password didn't match, but I've been very careful to type the password in slowly and precisely. I'm almost at the point where I'm willing to give you the password I want to use as the admin and have you set the password for me. Is that possible?
