I’ve just noticed that your site didn’t have a time zone set. I’ve set it to America/New York. See if that makes a difference. You can correct the time zone once you have access.
Some clubs have had problems when their time zones weren’t set. I’m stabbing in the dark hoping that might be the cause of your problem

The password reset was a success! I'm not sure what the issue was, but it is now resolved.
