CUSTOM PAGE - how can I upload video files from CD-R disk

I have some old speeches, originally recorded on VCR tap but later copied onto CD-R that successfully played back on my TV (using VCR or DVR) so they are not likely Youtube-compatible.

I would like to upload CD-R (preferably as individual tracks) onto a custom members-only webpage. Is it possible to do if I use VLC Media Player to ' Rip' my Video CD-R into separate tracks; save them first on my PC then transfer them to FTH? If so, how would I do it?

FTH does not support the uploading of video or audio.
You can upload to a service such as youtube and post links in the custom page.
