My club # is 46626530 Cornell Markham Toastmasters

I have an old club member asking about log in on Easy Speak. She was off for one year and now has rejoined our club. Somehow, she has issues to log in on Easy Speak. How can she access?

We are FTH we know nothing about easy speak.

46626530 is not a valid club number.
