Hello Sir/Madam.

I am trying to send opt-in emails to one of the former members who rejoined our club.

I moved the the record from "former members" list to "members" list.
But I am unable select the name to send/resend the opt-in emails.
In the past, privacy policies and opt-ins were not in effect when this member joined. So, obviously he has not opted-in to the privacy policies.

Please help with this case scenario.

When reporting an issue with a member we need something a name or email address.
