I have noticed that Toastmost.org has a feature where evaluators can submit prepared speech evaluations electronically. Is this a feasible feature in FTH site?

All of the PDFs you download from our server are what we got from Basecamp, so they are fillable PDFs. The key is to save a copy on your computer before filling them and saving them.
