Need help lnking with anchor points

I found the anchor point flag and have labeled my anchors. I know how to set up a link. What I don't know is how to incorporate the anchor point into my same-page-link? Can anyone explain?
Specifically, I'm working on this page... d40.toastmastersdistricts.org/incentives.html

Never Mind, I figured it out. I can't use spaces in my anchor name. Thanks for reading
