Getting a new website
5 years 1 month ago
I'm giving a presentation tomorrow 10/5 on how to get a club website. If I demonstrate the whole process using a guest's club number and the Find A Club email (assuming they have the authority to get a club website) will the main system work or should I use the unchartered form?

If the club is chartered the new site request form should work. If the club is a prospect then use the unchartered form, assuming they have filed their ATO, received their club number, and paid the charter fee.

Glad that the basic form is working.
So that I know the steps I'll be training on, after Submit Request is clicked, what happens next? Is there a way to demo the process in case no one at the training is ready to set their site up?

There is no way to demo the request process. To quote Nike "Just do it"!

I would love to just do it, that is if a club is ready to do it tonight.
If they are, what happens next? Does the contact person get an email with temporary admin login creds? I'd like to be able to tell them what to expect, rather than "I'm not sure what happens next, let's find out together."

The process is automated we do not get involved in the process for chartered clubs, the email of the club on toastmasters.org find-a-club is sent the approval request.
