1451119 -> Cannot update my password

When I attempt to update my password, the system tells me that my password is invalid.
When I receive my password update key and attempt to change my password, I am kicked out to the main page.
What am I doing wrong?

Passwords must be at least 10 characters in length and contain both Upper and lower case letters and numbers, and may also contain any of the following: _~!@#\$&*-+=
