Login Problem from One Member Only

Good day,

Our member Booker T Jones has been unable to login to the FTH website (i.e., TLC Toastmasters Ivy Tech 5499945). This person is of the older generation and after I encouraged him to change his password, his response was that he does not want to use a different password. According to him, he used Chrome and a cell phone or tablet to attempt to log in. I tried on my end to determine the problem from his profile page, but my efforts have been to no avail. The last time he logged in was about a week or so ago. I informed him I would reach out to FTH for suggestions. I do not have any screen shots. When members have trouble logging in, what can they do when they know the password is correct? This has happened to me on several occasions and I simply go incognito and it works. So I informed Booker T to do the same or to clear his cache. None of those options seem to work for him.

The problem is usually stale/damaged cookies.
I have looked in as Booker and all worked fine.
Have Booker try again if that doesn't work he will have to clear his cookies

Thank you. The person, Booker T, asserts he got in and is experiencing the same issue again. And, two other members on November 6, 2020, said they put in their correct passwords and had to ask for a password reset. I gave them the same feedback. Again, thanks.

I have reiterated this to members often. I will continue to encourage the same.
