One Member Accessing Multiple Clubs using FreeToastHost

I belong to four clubs all using FreeToastHost - can I setup one email address/password to access all four sites?
I need to authenticate the system to use one universal email address, user name and password - can you send me the link to this information?

You can use the same email add password for all 4 clubs.
We do not support any universal logins.
You need to log out and log into each club separately, all club websites are separate.
