Email recipients who are not on the Members list

The Contact Us form includes the following message: Include in future emails about Meetings & Events: YES/NO

YES adds them to the guest list with the impression that the club will follow up with things like the meeting agenda. The agenda email tool is limited to members.

When we have someone listed in Prospects, Guests, or Friends/Affiliates who have been actively participating but not yet joined I have been forwarding the agenda email to them once it's distributed to members.

What are best practices in this case that other clubs have utilized?

The vp of membership emails the Guest / Prospect with a personalized individual message inviting them to attend the meeting and includes a copy of the agenda (preferably without members names)

Thanks for the tip Brian! Forwarding our live agenda to guests never seemed quite right especially since guests are not able to interact with it. I created a nameless agenda PDF for the purpose of sharing with guests.
