General Question regarding cookies

A member in my District asked me to answer a question and I could not. I am quoting the member. "Do you have any idea of why our Freetoast Host tells all of us we need cookies and our cookies are disabled and they are not, since we get cookies from other sites no problem?"

Your help would be appreciated.

There are many types of cookies, some browser enable / disable different ones by default, and some companies disable some types of cookies.
