Club Number: 9996493141 - Using the Re-send Opt-in Email(s)

I added a new user to the website using the Membership Management/Quick Add tab with the incorrect email address. I updated the entry with the correct email address, but the system continues to send the Res-send Opt-in Email(s) to the wrong email address. How do I tell the system to use the correct email address?

Thank you!

You know this is a demo site and will be automatically removed!

I resent the opt-in email to eltbrown@rogers.com and it was sent and accepted by rogers yahoo mail.

Jun 7 14:19:19 toastmastersclubs sendmail[22208]: 157EJHnV022204: to=<eltbrown@rogers.com>, ctladdr= (501/502), delay=00:00:02, xdelay=00:00:02, mailer=esmtp, pri=122193, relay=mx-rogers.mail.am0.yahoodns.net. [67.195.228.74], dsn=2.0.0, stat=Sent (ok dirdel)

Brian, I think you are correct...this looks like a problem. :S See the following for what I believe is the relevant club's Find A Club page (compare meeting location there w/ that on the website meeting info page): Apparently, the OP/club did an end run around our New Website request form. :pinch:

I do not think we should be providing support on this demo website if it is being used in lieu of a correct club website--we can reliably predict that it will be deleted which likely will not be expected by this club.

Even if this is legitimately a demo site, the support questions that are being asked are what I would expect someone conducting a demo to already know.

I asked for a demo site thinking that if we decide to use it, it would not be delete in 90 days. After demoing the FTH our group has decide to use the product. What must be done to have a permanent site?
