My new VPPR cannot access Tracytoastmasters.org/9072

I turned the admin privileges over from myself as president to my VPPR, Nixon Augustin @ nixon_augustin@yahoo.com and he has never been able to get into the admin account for Tracy Toastmasters/9072. I don't think I created his personal account either, as I assumed he could do that on being able to get in as the administrator.

We are going to be meeting as a hybrid club as of this Friday, 6/25, and we cannot update the site with the location no just being Zoom. Please advise. Can you please provide Nixon with an personal account and login if the horse needs to be put before the cart (if he needs a personal account before he has the admin account setup)?

Thank you! I was hoping to expedite this as president, as he has been unable to get in over the past month, has written in and not heard anything.

You are still listed as the site admin, also you never added the VPPR.
Have your VPPR use the change request form.
