Best file server / collaboration software online?

I am an incoming club president, and we have a challenge to establish a document repository. Our club is also a purely online club, so our club officers need to collaborate remotely.

What are the best options for a file server option and other collaboration tools? We use Zoom for our regular meetings. I'd like to find out what other clubs use so we don't spend time reinventing the wheel.

We don't support any file services, it is up to you and your club which is best for you. There are many free ones but they all have limitations.

I know my district uses google drive.
