Assigning members to meeting roles

I've searched but can't find the actual steps to take to assign a member to a meeting role in FTH. I'm the VPE and, I think, have access to create agendas. Which I believe gives me access to edit them as well. But I cannot figure out how to assign a member to a meeting role. My only option is to sigh myself up for a role. Any guidance is welcome! Thanks!

Click the pencil icon at the top of the agenda to access the agenda in edit mode. Further information in this documentation: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/editing-an-agenda
