Zahra would have received an opt-in email with a link to accept being added to your website. Once she accepts that the strike-through will be removed and she'll be able to access your website as a member. If she has lost the opt-in email, you can resend it - see the documentation here:

Thanks Pam. She received the email and responded to it by following the link and entering her name. She tried do it with her email too. Just as the instructions indicate. Her name does not come up even though she is entered as a member. Thirty days elapsed and I resent the welcome letter and registering process again. She's tried it a few times. Today we did a screen share in our Zoom meeting with other officers following our normal procedures. She entered it as normal but it still isn't working. Should I delete and re-enter her name and email? Seems like there must be something else wrong.

The opt-in email was last sent to Zahra on 7 July. You should have received a copy of the email (the links would have been inactive in your copy). The link doesn't go anywhere - clicking it just confirms that she has opted in.
An opt in email was sent to a guest (initials LNH) recently.
If per chance Zahra had previously opted in and tried to log in, but she has since been deleted and added back, she'll have to go through the opt-in process again. .
There is no need to delete her details, just re-send the opt-in email (from the Membership Tools drop-down list)

Zahra Mohammadsoltani's name is still not on the drop down and she cannot opt in. The Opt In email was sent and resent. I get a copy of them. Her Name and email were entered correctly. They do not appear on a drop down. The officers and Zahra have done it on a zoom call. We have had no issues with other member entries and opting in. We changed her to another category and still no luck. We deleted her and added her name and email back in. Her name still does not come on a drop down and she cannot opt in. 1) Zahra is in the member list and has never clicked on the accept for the opt in email. Please check with Zarah and have the check their junk box as well.
2) I have resent the opt-in email
