Location of Support Doc for Quick Role Signup?

Sorry for the inconvenience, but where is the support doc for Quick Role Signup to train members on using this helpful feature? Perhaps, it can be listed with responding to email agendas as another way to RSVP.

If you feel that we need another support doc for this topic, you are welcome to write one and submit it to us.
If it is concise, easy-to-understand, and includes appropriate screen shots and links to other existing docs, then we will be happy to include it in our online documentation and include a citation for you as the author. (We would review it, but we would work with you to get it included in our docs.)
Because we are a small support volunteer team with limited resources, we have solicited and gotten a number of tangible contributions such as this from our users over the years. Our users have a wide variety of valuable skills that can really help in keeping the overall system up to date.

I used to create slides with screenshots to guide members on how to use FreeToastHost until I realized these
support docs
already existed on your site and were better explained. However, our clubs struggle with onboarding members to RSVP using FreeToastHost and tracking attendance for determining quorum is met for valid business decisions. Thus, the Quick Role Sign-up is a helpful feature that we'll continue to ask members to check for under the Members Only tab aside from your other helpful link on
responding to email agendas
.
Where can I find guidelines to submit support docs and how (e.g., forum topic, private message moderator)? I agree Quick Role Sign-up is self-explanatory, but most members I know don't know where it lives for me to reference easily from your site (e.g., support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item ) with credibility than creating my own screenshots in emails and slides. When I use the search field in the upper right-hand corner, I usually get random pages with keywords that aren't relevant. Hence, having it in support docs home page and documentation listing might be easier to find.

I don't know that we have created formal guidelines for submitting support docs, because we have developed most of those ourselves. However, I am a firm believer in getting our user base more involved (& invested lol) in maintaining and contributing to the system where it makes most sense. (support docs are a good example of that)
If you want to develop some formal guidelines for submission, also, that would be great. Just let us know when you have something (guidelines and/or support docs) and we will reach out to you (via PM) to make further arrangements.
One thing I have considered is to house our "raw" support docs some place like Git Hub, where they could be collaboratively updated, marked-up, reviewed and revised by both us and our users. We would still need to publish them in the forum document space, but at least we could involve our users in upkeep.

vp: There are actually a number of areas were I think we could leverage our extensive user base's skills. The key insight is that we currently lack some infrastructure to effectively allow for more user contributions. What is missing are modern collaborative features such as versioning with reverts, collaborative mark-ups and reviews, automated content checks, and editor/moderator controls and approvals.
We would need to retain approval authority for submissions in the beginning, but over time as users got more in tune with what makes for a "good submission" that approval authority could be delegated to "trusted users".
A setup like this is required for user contributions to ensure that the submissions are of good quality / usability, consistent with existing content, and integrate well with our existing content. We would want to make sure that even if supporting content (e.g. support docs) came from a variety of authors, it still has a certain consistent "look and feel" to it.
